Moroccanoil treats brassiness with Treatment Purple

Moroccanoil is putting a spin on its Treatment with a new tone-correcting formula that targets brassiness.

Treatment Purple is made with violet pigments to enhance the cool tones of blonde, lightened and grey hair, and counteracts unwanted yellow and orange hues, the brand said.

“Moroccanoil Treatment propelled the success of our brand years ago, and we are delighted to build upon the legacy of this iconic product with the new Moroccanoil Treatment Purple,” said Moroccanoil co-founder Carmen Tal. “Understanding the importance of caring for your hair between salon appointments, we are happy that this new treatment broadens our Purple Collection of products, which are formulated to protect, enhance and extend the life of your haircolor.” 

The Purple Collection line of hair care products contains argan oil, as well as linseed extract and violet pigments.

Moroccanoil’s Treatment Purple will be launching first in salons and then broaden its retail availability beginning June 1 with an SRP of $38.
